STAR WARS LEGION – BATTLE REPORT: NEVER TELL ME THE ODDS!
We are really enjoying the game so we are back again with another Star Wars: Legion Skirmish game battle report based. What Justin (Galactic Empire) and Cam (Rebel Alliance) you will find below the army builds for each of them, the scenario they played and some pictures as the battle raged on.

Command Card : Give Into Your Anger
First thing, have to get my troops into cover so they don’t get shot up! The rebel walker is going to be an issue so, one in range, i’m going to light it up with my rocket launcher. The speeder bikes have a special mission: Take down the Commander and Operative.
Loses : 2 x Speeder Bikes
Command Card : Symbol of the Rebellion
First thing, lets get Sabine out in the center and graffiti something to help my troops in the long run and hurt his! Hopefully next turn I can drop the charges and get the hell out of dodge. The rest of the army is here to give her cover.
Command Card : Assault
After my bikes hit the dirt, and not too too much and still feel i need to focus down the walkers and let the enemy come to me so i can use my cover, and the objective, to my advantage and play a shooting game.
Command Card : Sorry for the Mess
The Objective is the key right now, let’s get to it and try to score some early victory points. I THINK Justin has a command card that can mess with mine, so I’m going to save the explosions till next turn.
Command Card : And Now You Will Die
Well, things aren’t going great but I have an opportunity to use my command card and Palpatine to kill A LOT of troops; even if Palpatine has to die doing it. I also have to focus down on Sabine, as she is doing a TON of work
Loses : Emperor Palpatine, 2 x Stormtroopers
Command Card : Explosions
This can be a really powerful play as long as Justin doesn’t, somehow, stop it. We are going to execute mission: Drop Mines, make BOOM BOOM, and GTFO! After this all done it will be Han time to go solo (see what I did there) and hold down the objective and start picking off troopers.
Loses : 6 x Rebel Troops
Command Card : Push
I need to finish off the AT-RT and get some more pressure on Han Solo.the troops I have left should push forward and try to stop and further VP for the Rebels.
Loses : 3 x Stormtroopers
Command Card : Reckless Diversion
Let’s keep doing what seems to be working; holding the objective and scoring the points. With Han being my MVP right now, I am going to do my best to cover him but if he goes down, Sabine will have to take over.
Command Card : Ambush
I need to get solo off that objective marker, even though it feels to late for me this game I would like to try to end the game with some VP on my side of the table.
Loses : 2 x Stormtroopers
Command Card : Legacy of the Mandolorian
Game is all but over, he can only win if he sweeps my board and that’s not TOO likely. Lets not choke going into the final turn.
LOSES : 1 x Rebel Trooper

This game was a ton of fun and learned a ton!
I wish Emperor Palpatine had a chance to shine more; he never really got to go off.
I didn’t feel the scout bikes work for what I wanted to do. thinking i might just swap them out for more troops next time

Only my second time using Sabine, but feel like I got the hang of how she plays
The same can be said for the Rebels
I know i missed some good opportunities to get more done
Made a few mistakes, but i wasn’t really punished for them
With not fulling know what Justin could do, i spent most of the game worrying he would be able to do stuff that I know now he can’t.
